The AQUASOL process simply simulates nature at a much more
accelerated rate. (For the diagram, please click here.) Using
this process, raw sewage flows directly into the first storage
chamber where the excess wastewater due to peak production
is temporarily stored, and the concentration of the wastewater
is homogenized naturally. Meanwhile, the solid matters such
as debris, rubber, hair, grits, etc. are removed and properly
stored for later disposal. The sewage then overflows by gravity
(natural force) through a series of greatly enhanced biological
processes. Each biological process is carried out in a specially
designed biological chamber, technically called a "BIOREACTOR".
AQUASOL BIOREACTORS use advanced MicroEntrapd biotechnology
to create an ideal home to sustain the growth of a high concentration
of 'friendly bacteria', which can effectively remove the pollutants.
The natural biological purification processes, which usually
proceed slowly, are greatly accelerated in AQUASOL BIOREACTORS.
Moreover, this is achieved with considerably less sludge produced
than comparable systems on the market today.
Briefly, the functions
of these series of MicroEntrapd BIOREACTOR's are to accelerate
the biological processes to liquefy the organic solids, conversion
of the organic compounds into carbon dioxide and conversion
of various forms of nitrogen into nitrogen gas. If desired,
treated sewage can be effectively disinfected using a very
powerful 'pathogen-killer', OZONE, prior to final discharge;
the treated wastewater is clear, odorless and free of pathogen.
Thus, it can be reused or discharged safely.
